1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling services, using our website, or communicating with TurfShield Utah (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TurfShield Utah provides artificial turf cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and maintenance services in the St. George, Utah area. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointment windows.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Recurring service plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled any time.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from TurfShield Utah related to your appointments, account, and promotional offers.

• Message frequency: Frequency varies by service schedule and account activity — typically up to 4–6 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a final confirmation and be removed from all SMS communications.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-service the affected area at no additional charge. Our 100-day pet odor enzyme warranty applies to qualifying deep clean services as described at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

TurfShield Utah is not responsible for pre-existing turf damage, drainage issues, or damage caused by factors outside our control (weather, pets, heavy use). Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

8. Property Access

By scheduling service, you confirm you have the authority to grant us access to the property. Please ensure pets are secured and the turf area is accessible on the scheduled date.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
