By using Turf Shield services, you agree to the service terms, scheduling policies, and guarantee conditions described here.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are held once payment is confirmed. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Shield Pro and Shield Elite guarantees are valid only when the turf is maintained according to recommended pet care guidelines. No forms, no hassle.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Recurring plan payments will continue until cancelled through your customer portal.
