Yes. Every product in The Shield Protocol is certified pet-safe and child-safe when used as directed. We never use bleach, chlorine, or harsh solvents. Our sanitizer is hospital-grade but breaks down to non-toxic compounds within 30 minutes of application. Pets and children can return to the turf 30 minutes after service completion.

If your turf develops noticeable pet odor within 30 days (Shield Pro) or 45 days (Shield Elite) of service, we return and re-treat at no charge. No forms, no hassle. This excludes turf that has received new pet waste after the service date — that qualifies for a discounted spot treatment, not a free re-treat.

After each service, your technician submits a report via mobile form including before and after photos, a Turf Health Score out of 100 (scored on fiber condition, cleanliness, and drainage), what was found, what was done, and a recommended next service date. The report is emailed to you within 1 hour of service completion as a branded PDF.

Yes. Same-day emergency service is available subject to technician availability. A 30% surcharge applies and is shown clearly before you confirm. Request same-day service during booking or call us directly.

Shield Pro includes everything in Shield Clean plus deodorizer, sanitizer, stain removal, enzyme treatment, infill renewal, and a Health Report every visit. Shield Elite adds magnet sweep, power wash, full inspection report, priority scheduling, and a dedicated named technician — the same person every visit. Elite also carries a 45-day odor guarantee vs. 30 days for Pro.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal with no cancellation fees. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled service.

Yes. We service HOAs, dog daycares, schools, playgrounds, and apartment complexes. Commercial accounts receive volume pricing, invoice billing, COI on request, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us at the commercial page for volume pricing.

A standard residential service takes 45–90 minutes depending on yard size and condition. Your technician will send a notification when they arrive and when they're done. The Health Report follows within 1 hour.
